Down To Earth.

DTE. All the time I use this phrase. I use it like Pauly D says GTL. It means Down To Earth. So many people these days are high maintenance material people. All they want is money and to be popular and to get attention. I think its just ridiculous. Why can't people be happy with what they have? Why do they need people's attention to be satisfied. Now down to earth has different meaning for everyone For me, its (most of the time a girl) who isn't material, who knows whats what in the world, and who just wants to be happy. Who doesn't need to be popular or have money to be happy. People who value the intangibles like love, respect and friendship. Someone who would rather hang at the movies with their friends or chill at the beach then go out to an expensive dinner or go shopping. I just can't stand people like that. Friends, family, the right girl and some music is all you need to have a good time. People who think you need expensive things and snotty attitudes to have a good time are just bad. At least thats what my momma said.
